Background
Dompet Dhuafa is a philanthropic and humanitarian institution that moves for empowering people and humanity. Its empowerment revolves through the management of zakat, infaq, sadaqah and waqf (Ziswaf), as well as other social funds that are managed in a modern and trustworthy manner.
Problem
Data management for the program and beneficiaries of Dompet Dhuafa still uses MS Excel, it needs to be improved in an integrated information system.
Current program reporting cannot be fast, so it is relatively difficult when real time strategic information is needed
The beneficiary calculation model which is limited to calculating services only raises problems on the issue of data validity
The current data management model (MS Excel with scattered files) does not yet allow to produce strategic management reports quickly
It is difficult to know what and how much rupiah has been distributed to beneficiaries and it is difficult to know the distribution of beneficiaries quickly
