Background
Soho Digitail is the implementation of digital channels to attract potential customers in an effort to broaden its reach and increase the revenue. The following are some of the milestones to be achieved:
- Managing the existing 30,000 doctors
- Appointing 2,500 new doctors by the end of 2020
- Engaging 60,000 new doctors by the end of 2023
- Develop a management of digital content

Solution
- An app that can generate content about the Soho product that will be distributed to doctors (Content Management System)
- The target doctor, who has been listed by Soho, receives the content by blast. Email, SMS, or WA all are used to send blasts.
- Targeted doctors can access in-depth content on a microsite and provide responses/feedback in the form of like or dislike as well as recommending more information (Content delivery with call-to-action)
