Tirta Medical Centre has continuously expanded its healthcare services to become one of Indonesia’s leading Healthcare Service Provider’s. They desire an integrated digital system that can track the evolution of health-care trends by first upgrading documentation, both business and technological, so that it may become a comprehensive reference for the next development phase’s needs.
Problem
Tirta Medical Center already has a pharmaceutical warehouse application (sales, stock, etc.) and keeps improving existing features and business process in depending on user needs. They furthermore plan to develop a custom user customer (B2C) application with features for integrating sales with other pharmacies and selling pharmaceutical products (B2B).
