The Education Assessment Center (Pusmendik) is an organizational unit of the Standards, Curriculum and Education Assessment Agency in the field of educational assessment under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. Site: https://pusmendik.kemdikbud.go.id/an/
Problem
To improve the quality and standardization of education all over Indonesia, the Ministry of Education need to create a system that can capture the input, process, and output of learning in all educational units. It is necessary to develop a comprehensive question bank management system. Before the existence of this system, there were many problems occurred, such as:
Human error in making questions.
High costs for the process of making questions throughout Indonesia because they are paper-based questions.
A lot of time for preparing the questions.
The questions are vulnerable regarding security, such as lost, burned, damaged, and so on.
