In 2018 they launched their first industry vertical Logistik Jobs, followed by Edukasi Jobs and Manufaktur Jobs in 2020. They are obsessed with addressing the problems faced by job seekers and employers.
They are revolutionizing the recruitment ecosystem through the infusion of disruptive technologies using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics which simplify and dramatically shorten the recruitment process. It enables recruiters to source, match and screen potential candidates faster and more efficiently through our matching and funneling optimization platform to identify the most qualified candidates.

Background
Ergasia Technologies is a holding company that provides various deep job platform verticals in Indonesia. They are aiming to address problems identified with the existing recruitment process, and remove the friction faced by job seekers and employers by simplifying and dramatically shortening the recruitment process through the use of disruptive technologies. To achieve that, Ergasia planned to revolutionize the recruitment system ecosystem using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics in the future.
Problem
Ergasia’s existing platforms are still based on CMS which is can’t provide Ergasia needs in the future because of its limitation. Ergasia need to build a new platform from scratch which can be more customized and implement various technologies in the future. They also need to make sure that their new platform can compete with the others traditional job seeker platform which already more established. Ergasia also need to get funding from investors in order to build that new platform.

Solution
We help Ergasia to define their requirements into Software Requirement Specification, Business Requirement Documents, and prototypes for the platform MVP. Those documents and prototypes are used for validating the ideas and pitching them to investors.

The only person that I worked with was mas Ridho, I could tell that the works from him was near perfect to the design. From my past experience, the most common thing is to ensure the design same with production<>Figma, even with the little things like spacings, sizings, responsiveness, etc etc. Great job.
