Background
A company in the advertising industry, PT Prisma Harapan (Prisma), has numerous locations all across Indonesia. Advertising facilities on Prisma typically includes stuff such DOOH and billboards. Prisma will periodically monitor each spot to maintain the level of performance of the ad locations. The survey was conducted to measure visibility, the amount of traffic, and potential barriers to the advertisement’s intended message.
Problem
Prisma is going to expand to continue taking all of Indonesia. The surveyors must visit to the ad spot to conduct the survey before recording their findings. Manual recording is conducted in persistent way. Surveyors’ photos taken at ad spot are sometimes mistaken for photos taken at other spots. Even though everything is moving rapidly in this new digital era to keep users satisfied, the reporting process to the central office takes a long time.

Solution
As an IT consultant, Badr developed a survey application that would be utilized on-site by surveyors. The surveyor will use the application to collect information, and the form within it and provides alternatives to make it easier for the user. The application is equipped with a photo feature and is integrated with Google maps, making it easier for users to find and save locations. The core can instantly initiate reporting and follow-up if necessary after the data is input. The task of the surveyor is greatly simplified and more precise.
