Background
In order to create efficiency and convenience in the process of submitting document legalization by the academic community at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia, FT UI is carrying out a plan to develop an online document legalization system. The development of this system is expected to be able to facilitate students or other academics at the UI Faculty of Engineering in managing document legalization.
Problem
The document legalization process must go through a face-to-face meeting which makes students tend to be lazy to process their document legalization.
Database of student certificates that are not automatically updated when there is a request for legalization.
