Sigmon is developed by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) Republic of Indonesia which aims to support government improving cellular network in Indonesia. The data shown in Coverage Map and Signal Map. Map are generated from handsets installing Sigmon. With these data, Kominfo could know the areas which don’t get cellular network yet or have a bad quality signal.
